About Zung Fu
Zung Fu group is a leading automotive group in Hong Kong and Macau. In August 2023, Fu Chong Motors (Hong Kong) Company Limited and Fu Chong Motors (Macau) Company Limited, members of the Zung Fu Group were appointed general distributor for the smart new-generation all-electric product in the region.
Zung Fu Group first partnered with smart in 2002 and has been the exclusive dealer for Mercedes-Benz since 1954. The group’s portfolio is extended to cover Mercedes-Benz’s trucks and buses, in which Zung Fu Group is the general distributor in the market. Zung Fu Group also represents Hyundai passenger cars and commercial vehicles, as well as Foton commercial vehicles in Hong Kong. Zung Fu Group is a member of the Jardine Matheson Group.
About smart
smart has always been a pioneer in urban mobility. In 2020, Mercedes-Benz and Zhejiang Geely Holding Group announced that the two global automotive groups have formed a joint venture for the smart brand, headquartered in Hangzhou Bay, Ningbo.
The new generation of pure electric smart vehicles is designed by the Mercedes-Benz global design team; Geely’s global R&D network is responsible for the engineering and development of the new models, with production plant in China.
